Zadávací řízení je realizováno za účelem uzavření smlouvy mezi zadavatelem a dodavatelem, jejímž předmětem je zejména dodávka a implementace softwarového řešení pro správu identit a řízení přístupů (IDM) v prostředí zadavatele, včetně jeho konfigurace, integrace do infrastruktury zadavatele, dodání související dokumentace a zajištění podpory, a to dle technické specifikace, která je Přílohou č. 1a zadávací dokumentace („Technická specifikace“), a návrhu smlouvy, která je Přílohou č. 2 zadávací dokumentace.
