Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky implantabilních kardiologických přístrojů, zejména kardiostimulátorů včetně příslušenství a epizodních EKG záznamníků (zdravotnických prostředků třídy III dle MDR) (dále také jen „zdravotnický prostředek“ nebo „zdravotnické prostředky“) formou konsignačního skladu po dobu 2 let od nabytí účinnosti smlouvy, a to v rozsahu a dle technické specifikace uvedené v příloze zadávací dokumentace. Implantabilní epizodní záznamníky EKG včetně příslušenství; Kardiostimulátory (jednodutinové, dvoudutinvé, CRT-P) s možností fyziologické stimulace, s důrazem na dlouhodobou životnost systému a automatickou monitoraci spánkové apnoe; Kardiostimulátory (jednodutinové, dvoudutinvé, CRT-P) s možností fyziologické stimulace, s důrazem na možnost celotělového vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí 1,5 a 3 T s automatickým přepnutím do MRI safe režimu; Kardiostimulátory (jednodutinové, dvoudutinvé, CRT-P) s možností fyziologické stimulace, s důrazem na možnost programace vysokého Upper Tracking Rate umožňujícího fyziologickou zátěž mladých pacientů; Kardiostimulátory (jednodutinové, dvoudutinvé, CRT-P) s možností fyziologické stimulace, s důrazem na algoritmy k udržení a vyloučení dominance vlastního síňokomorového vedení a možností minimalizace komorové stimulace
