Description

Předmětem této veřejné zakázky jsou opakované dodávky speciálního zdravotnického materiálu (SZM) v souladu se zákonem o zdravotnických prostředcích v platném znění (dále jen „Zákon o zdravotnických prostředcích“), a to dodávek implantibilních kitů levostranné mechanické srdeční podpory určené k trvalé nebo dlouhodobé podpoře krevního oběhu u pacientů s terminálním srdečním selháním s příslušenstvím, potřebných k léčbě pacientů na pracovištích zadavatele (dále jen „Zdravotnické prostředky“ nebo též „Zdravotnický materiál“). Zařízení musí být kompatibilní s již zadavatelem zakoupenými řídícími jednotkami, jejichž popis je v příloze č. 1 těchto ZP v Technické specifikaci. Zadavatel upozorňuje na speciální smluvní podmínky, které tvoří přílohu č. 3 Kupní smlouvy - Další požadavky Kupujícího na předmět plnění, kde jsou také blíže specifikovány dodávky.
