Předmětem VZ je dodání 2 ks ultrazvukových kavitačních chirurgických aspirátorů, vhodných pro mikrochirurgické operace v oblasti břišní chirurgie, vč. příslušenství pro potřeby zadavatele včetně kompletní instalace dodávaných přístrojů, jakož i jejich uvedení do provozu a dalších povinností vyplývajících z těchto zadávacích podmínek nebo jejich příloh. Přístroje musí být zcela nové, nepoužité, nejvyšší jakosti poskytované výrobcem, nesmí být staršího data výroby než 12 měsíců před jejich dodáním a musí splňovat veškeré technické parametry tak, jak jsou detailně vymezeny v Technická specifikaci přístroje. K výše uvedené položce předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky musí být dodána rovněž i kompletní sestava příslušenství a spotřebního materiálu pro okamžité použití každého dodávaného přístroje, pro umožnění plnohodnotné instruktáže a k provedení kompletní instalace. Předmětem plnění VZ je rovněž zajištění bezplatného záručního servisu obou přístrojů a následného pozáručního servisu po dobu jejich životnosti, předpokládaného po následnou dobu 10 let. Předmětem plnění VZ jsou průběžné dodávky zboží - spotřebního materiálu (dále také jen „zboží“ nebo „SZM“) pro oba přístroje po dobu 48 měsíců, blíže specifikovaného v příloze Technické požadavky pro SZM pro UZ přístroj.
