Description

Předmětem projektu je výstavba domu komunitního typu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Stavba má jedno přízemní podlaží (1NP) a podkroví (2NP). V domě jsou navrhovány dvě domácnosti. Každá domácnost je určená pro 6 klientů. Celkem pro 12 obyvatel (klientů). Prostory pro personál, technická místnost, sklady budou umístěné výhradně v 2NP. Každý obyvatel domu bude mít svoji ložnici. Z hlediska zařazení stavby a jejího využití se bude jednat o stavbu rodinného domu pro sociální služby. Stavba na parcele č. 782/1 v k.ú. Kunčina.
