Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby a pro provedení stavby (včetně VV), za účelem vybudování dostupného a sociálního bydlení v obci Rouchovany. Záměr řeší nedostatek dostupného bydlení a zahrnuje výstavbu 2 domů po 22 bytech, tedy s celkem 44 byty, které budou sloužit jako sociální, startovací a nájemní bydlení. Místem vybudování soc. bydlení je parcela č. 301, ostatní plocha, jiná plocha o výměře 27 635 m2, evidované na LV: 10 001, vedeném na katastrálním pracovišti Třebíč, katastrálního úřadu pro Vysočinu. Předpokládané náklady výstavby jsou 161 mil. Kč vč. DPH.
