Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vypracování souboru projektových dokumentací (dále jen „PD“), kde výsledným stupněm bude PD pro provádění stavby. Předmětem plnění bude i kompletní zajištění inženýrské činnosti, součinnost při zadávacím řízení veřejné zakázky na realizaci předmětných stavebních prací a výkon autorského dozoru pro realizaci navazující stavební akce. Součástí zpracování PD bude i zajištění veškerých nutných průzkumů nad rámec poskytnutých podkladů (i doměření stávajícího stavu objektů, geodetické zaměření dotčeného území včetně technické infrastruktury, digitalizace a doměření podkladů, stavebně technický průzkum, statický průzkum atd.). Součástí PD bude dále i vypracování energetických posudků a všech potřebných studií jako např. hlukové studie, posouzení oslunění apod. a zajištění všech nezbytných průzkumných prací pro umístění a konstrukční řešení stavby jako např. hydrogeologický, geologický průzkum, radonový průzkum apod. Výkaz výměr i rozpočet PD bude členěn dle jednotlivých stavebních objektů, provozních souborů a dle potřeby dělení investičních nákladů zadavatele.
