Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS jsou dodávky standardní výpočetní techniky definované CPV kódy uvedenými v čl. 2 zadávací dokumentace, a to v rozsahu a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami jednotlivých výzev k podání nabídek v DNS podle § 141 zákona. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka notebooků dle aktuálních potřeb Zadavatele za podmínek stanovených ve smlouvě o dodávkách uzavřené s vybraným dodavatelem. Předmět veřejné zakázky je podrobně specifikován v přílohách Výzvy. Technické podmínky jsou vymezeny formou minimálních technických požadavků Zadavatele na předmět plnění a jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 3 „Technická specifikace a cenová kalkulace pro účely hodnocení“.
