Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky (dále jen „veřejná zakázka“) jsou právní služby a právní poradenství v režimu zákona č. 85/1996 Sb., o advokacii, konkrétně poskytování právních služeb a poradenství v oblasti občanského a obchodního práva (včetně korporátního práva ve vztahu k městským společnostem a příspěvkovým organizacím) v rozsahu dle Rámcové dohody (příloha č. 1 této zadávací dokumentace): • Příprava / revize / připomínkování smluvní dokumentace (smlouvy, dodatky, objednávky); • Majetkoprávní a věcněprávní agenda (nabývání/pozbývání práv, ukončování smluv, vydržení, veřejné dražby; smlouvy kupní/směnné/darovací/nájemní/podnájemní/výpůjční, právo stavby, služebnosti, smlouvy budoucí, inominátní smlouvy, memoranda apod.); • Korporátní / agenda městských společností a PO (orgány, vztahy města k městským společnostem/PO, související dokumentace - zejména smluvní); • Právní stanoviska / analýzy / rešerše / konzultace, účast na jednáních; • PPP / projektová smluvní agenda (PPP, změna stavebníka, podlicence PD, dodatky apod.); • Autorské právo (odůvodnění použití loga HMP, řízení u ÚPV, rozbory a stanoviska); • Pojišťovací právo (např. úprava pojistných podmínek, včetně návrhu řešení).
