Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexních služeb spojených s praním a chemickým čištěním prádla, žehlením, mandlováním, odvozem špinavého prádla a dovozem čistého prádla na dodací místa zadavatele dle závazného harmonogramu svozů pro Domažlická nemocnice, a. s., Kozinova 292, 344 22 Domažlice Nemocnice následné péče Svatá Anna, s.r.o., Kyjovská 607, 348 15 Planá. Smlouva byla uzavřena dne 29. 11. 2023 na 24 měsíců, a to na základě zadávacího řízení veřejné zakázky „Služby spojené s praním prádla pro Domažlickou nemocnici a nemocnici Svatá Anna“. Odkaz na E-ZAK: https://ezak.cnpk.cz/contract_display_10823.html Zadavatel si v čl. 2.5 Zadávací dokumentace vyhradil opční právo v souladu s § 100 odst. 3 ZZVZ, které spočívá v poskytnutí nových dalších služeb stejného druhu v rozsahu opce. Opce nepřekročí 30 % nabídkové ceny vybraného dodavatele. Stávajícímu dodavateli byla dne 23. 12. 2025 zaslána výzva k uzavření Dodatku č. 2 ke stávající Smlouvě o poskytování služeb ze dne 29. 11. 2023. Zasláním výzvy bylo zahájeno jednací řízení bez uveřejnění v souladu s § 100 odst. 3 a § 67 ZZVZ. Předmětem Dodatku č. 2 je prodloužení plnění do 1. 2. 2026, a to za stejných podmínek.
