Zadavatel hodlá v souladu s § 132 zákona uzavřít Rámcovou dohodu s jedním dodavatelem. Na základě Rámcové dohody uzavřené s jedním dodavatelem, zadá zadavatel veřejnou zakázku na základě Rámcové dohody, vždy na základě písemné výzvy k podání nabídky na veřejnou zakázku a uzavření objednávky. Předmětem veřejné zakázky na služby a s tím související dodávky je zajištění, údržby, servisu a pronájmu zdravotnického prádla pro zadavatele Městská nemocnice s poliklinikou Uherský Brod, s.r.o. Jedná se o závazek dodavatele spočívající v: a) dodávání prádla zadavateli, které je i nadále zůstane ve vlastnictví dodavatele, provádění jeho kompletní údržby, tj. praní, žehlení, skládaní, balení, obměny, opravy a dalších úkonů s dodáním spojené = systémové prádlo. b) praní, žehlení, skládaní, balení, chemickém čištění prádla ve vlastnictví zadavatele, jež i nadále zůstane v jeho vlastnictví a dalších úkonů s dodáním spojené =nesystémové prádlo.
