Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je modernizaci silnice II/323 mezi obcí Břehy a Rohovládova Bělá. Komunikace je navržena v kategorii S7,5, ve staničení 0,000 00km - 5,394 005km, délky 5 354,5m. Součástí řešení je úprava vybraných křižovatkových úseků, provedení odvodňovacích příkopů, obnova podélných i příčných propustků, osazení nového dopravního značení, úprava autobusových zastávkových zálivů včetně nástupišť a zřízení nové autobusové zastávky pro obslužnost obce Vlčí Habřina vč. přístupového chodníku a veřejného osvětlení. Součástí je rovněž úprava chodníku v obci Rohovládova Bělá, výstavba splaškové kanalizace a přečerpávací stanice.
