Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je soubor služeb pojištění pro zadavatele, resp. pro centrálního zadavatele a pověřující zadavatele vymezené v odst. 1.1 zadávací dokumentace. Služby pojištění zahrnují pojištění movitého a nemovitého majetku a pojištění odpovědnosti za újmu. Zadávací řízení je prováděno zadavatelem jednak na svůj účet a dále v postavení centrálního zadavatele podle § 9 odst. 1 písm. b) ZZVZ na účet pověřujících zadavatelů uvedených v odst. 1.1 zadávací dokumentace. V souladu se smlouvou o centralizovaném zadávání bude smlouva na plnění veřejné zakázky s vybraným dodavatelem jako pojistitelem uzavřena výhradně centrálním zadavatelem jako pojistníkem, a to i na účet pověřujících zadavatelů. Pojištěnými tedy budou centrální zadavatel i pověřující zadavatelé dle odst. 1.1 zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel upozorňuje, že v průběhu trvání smlouvy uzavřené na základě této veřejné zakázky lze v důsledku probíhající restrukturalizace centrálního zadavatele, společnosti Teplárny Brno, a.s., předpokládat či nejméně nelze vyloučit převody movitého a nemovitého majetku mezi pojištěnými společnostmi, případně změny obchodních firem centrálního zadavatele či pověřujících zadavatelů; nelze vyloučit ani převod na jinou osobu v rámci skupiny centrálního zadavatele. Tyto převody ani případné změny obchodních firem nebudou mít vliv na výši sjednaného pojistného ani na práva a povinnosti vyplývající ze smlouvy uzavřené s vybraným dodavatelem na základě této veřejné zakázky.
