Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí služeb spočívajících v pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti města Bíliny a jím zřízených či založených organizací. Předmět pojištění bude zajištěn uzavřením pojistné smlouvy na dobu neurčitou. Zadavatel bude při plnění smlouvy na veřejnou zakázku v postavení pojištěného a pojistníka. Na základě pojistné smlouvy bude vybraný dodavatel poskytovat zadavateli plnění předmětu této veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel stanovil minimální rozsah tohoto pojištění ve specifikaci, která tvoří přílohu č. 2 zadávací dokumentace. Další specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v této zadávací dokumentaci a jejích přílohách.
