Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb podpory provozu (zajištění servisní podpory, údržby a rozvoje) celostátního Rozpočtového informačního systému Programového financování (dále jen „RISPF“). Součástí předmětu plnění jsou následující služby: a) Poskytování služeb podpory provozu RISPF, poskytování správy a údržby RISPF, podpory jeho uživatelů, zajištění podpory provozování RISPF (dále též vše jen jako „Služby podpory provozu“). Služby podpory provozu mají paušální charakter. Rozsah služeb podpory provozu je uveden formou katalogových listů. b) Poskytování služeb rozvoje RISPF a souvisejících činností při realizaci změn, služeb souvisejících s realizací bezpečnostních opatření a dále služeb souvisejících s ukončením poskytování Služeb podpory provozu, vše dle požadavků Zadavatele (byť případně iniciovaných Dodavatelem) po celou dobu účinnosti smlouvy, a to na základě změnových požadavků učiněných postupem podle smlouvy (dále jen „Služby na vyžádání“). c) Pravidelná aktualizace provozní dokumentace Dodavatelem vztahující se k RISPF (dále jen „Provozní dokumentace“). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je podrobně vymezen v článku III. Návrhu smlouvy.
