Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zavedení dynamického nákupního systému pro nákup vybraných předmětů standardní techniky informačních a komunikačních technologií dle klasifikace CPV kódů uvedených v čl. 3.5. zadávací dokumentace. Předmět veřejné zakázky je specifikován touto textovou částí zadávací dokumentace včetně všech příloh. Předmět veřejné zakázky bude plněn na základě uzavřených dílčích smluv, jejichž podmínky budou stanoveny vždy při zadávání konkrétní veřejné zakázky v rámci DNS. Dynamický nákupní systém není rozdělen do kategorií dle § 138 odst. 1 ZZVZ a zavádí se na dobu neurčitou nebo do vyčerpání částky 150 000 000 Kč bez DPH. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka monitorů, dle specifikace a za podmínek vymezených v příloze č. 2 výzvy (vzor smlouvy).
