Předmětem plnění v rámci zadávacího řízení, které bude realizováno na základě rámcové smlouvy, jsou průběžné, dílčí, dodávky pneumatik a duší pro 840 vozidel a strojů a oprav pneumatik včetně dopravy do míst plnění (dále také „zboží“) a služeb spočívajících v servisním zásahu při poruše, defektu pneumatiky, v rozsahu demontáže, opravy, výměny, montáže a dalších potřebných servisních úkonů k opravě, plnění pneumatik nemrznoucí kapalinou včetně dopravy na CD, vyvážení, montáže a demontáže a nákladů na spotřebovaný materiál (např. vyvažovací závaží a podob). - areálů zadavatele, viz obchodní podmínky v závazném návrhu Rámcové dohody (příloha č. 1) Dodavatel je povinen zajistit zpětný odběr všech použitých pneumatik zadavatele v souladu s požadavky zákona č. 542/2020 Sb., o výrobcích s ukončenou životností, a příslušnými prováděcími předpisy, bez ohledu na výrobní značku, bez vazby na nákup nového výrobku a bez nároku na úplatu ze strany zadavatele. Veškeré náklady spojené se zpětným odběrem a likvidací jsou zahrnuty v ceně zboží.
