Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je dodávka osobních vozidel na elektrický pohon definovaných v Příloze č. 2 ZD - Technická specifikace 1 EV II (dále i jako „Příloha č. 2 - Technická specifikace“ nebo „Technická specifikace“) a poskytování servisních služeb ve smyslu čl. I odst. 5 písm. b) Závazného návrhu Rámcové dohody a Přílohy č. 4.3 ZD - Specifikace servisních služeb (dále také „Servisní služby“). Konkrétní konfigurace pořizovaných vozidel bude množstevně a věcně určena až v kupních smlouvách uzavíraných mezi vybraným dodavatelem a pověřujícími zadavateli. Dodávky osobních vozidel na elektrický pohon budou vždy včetně: • 2 klíčů nebo ovladačů od daného Osobního automobilu; druhé sady pneumatik včetně disků (letních či zimních podle termínu dodání Osobního automobilu), a je-li to na základě platné a účinné právní úpravy relevantní též vždy včetně: • listinné a/nebo elektronické podoby manuálu, tj. návodu k obsluze a údržbě daného Osobního automobilu v českém jazyce; • listinné a/nebo elektronické podoby servisní knížky (dále jen „Servisní knížka“) k danému Osobnímu automobilu; • originálu osvědčení o registraci Osobního automobilu (pouze v případě, že se neuplatní postup dle odst. 8 věty třetí a věty čtvrté tohoto článku); • CoC listu (v případě, že se uplatní postup dle odst. 8 věty třetí a věty čtvrté tohoto článku); • originálu protokolu o technické prohlídce Osobního automobilu, resp. • originálu osvědčení o technické způsobilosti Osobního automobilu; • podrobného rozpisu nároků na provoz a údržbu Osobního automobilu (pouze není-li uvedeno v Servisní knížce); • dalších případných průvodních dokladů k Osobnímu automobilu v českém jazyce, (Veřejná zakázka není rozdělena na části podle § 35 Zákona. Centrální zadavatel provádí Zadávací řízení na pořízení jednotlivých kategorií osobních vozidel zvlášť.)
