Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění přípravy, organizace, administrace a realizace dvou ročníků akce Slavnosti Jihu v letech 2027 a 2028. Slavnosti jsou určeny široké veřejnosti, cílovou skupinu tvoří rodiny s dětmi. Maximální počet účastníků akce je stanoven na 8 000 osob a den. Součástí slavností jsou koncerty, hudební produkce a vystoupení pod širým nebem střídavě na dvou scénách, dětské atrakce, soutěže, workshopy se zapojením veřejnosti a jiné doprovodné akce se zapojením městského obvodu a místních spolků. V místě konání je zajištěno občerstvení účastníků formou prodejních stánků.
