Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky na služby je zajištění komplexního pozáručního servisu a odborné údržby přístrojů (zdravotnické techniky) Olympus a příslušenství specifikovaných v příloze č. 3 (Seznam přístrojů), která je nedílnou součástí této zadávací dokumentace a smlouvy (dále jen „přístroj“) dle Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/745 o zdravotnických prostředcích (MDR) a zákona č. 89/2021 Sb. o zdravotnických prostředcích, případně zákon ač. 268/2014 Sb., o diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro (dále jen společně „ZP“), případně dle jiných obecně závazných právních předpisech, které se k příslušným přístrojům (Příloha č. 3) vztahují (například prostředků s měřící funkcí apod.).
