Předmětem veřejné zakázky je (1) modernizace původních tramvajových vozidel typu T3CS ve specifikovaném rozsahu na tramvajová vozidla typu T3R.PLF a (2) demontáž a příprava krajních článků tramvajových vozidel KT8D5 k modernizaci ve specifikovaném rozsahu. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na 2 části. Účelem zadávacího řízení je v každé části veřejné zakázky uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem bez obnovení soutěže na realizaci příslušného plnění, jak je specifikováno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je (1) modernizace původních tramvajových vozidel typu T3CS ve specifikovaném rozsahu na tramvajová vozidla typu T3R.PLF. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na 2 části.
