Předmětem zakázky je provádění pravidelných i nepravidelných lhůtních kontrol průtokoměrů PHL, ověřování a kalibrace odporových teploměrů, jakož i správy a zabezpečení přepočítávačů množství PHL s obchodním názvem zn. „Smith Meter AccuLoad III“ na výdejních lávkách pohonných látek („VL“) na celkem třinácti (13) skladech PHL zadavatele v lokalitách v České republice: A) Pravidelné lhůtní kontroly, tj. činnosti a služby v oblasti úředního ověřování měřidel, pro zadavatele k zajištění plné a správné funkčnosti měřidel dle zákona č. 505/1990 Sb., o metrologii, v platném znění a vyhlášky Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu ČR č. 345/2002 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů°; B) Nepravidelné lhůtní kontroly, tj. činnosti a služby v oblasti nutných, náhlých a nepředvídaných oprav a zkoušek měřidel (ev. i oprav) měřících skupin průtokoměrů v případech, vyplývajících z § 7 vyhlášky Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu č. 262/2000 Sb. C) Správa a zabezpečení přepočítávačů, zn. „Smith Meter“ AccuLoad III, jež jsou nedílnou součástí měřidel a sestav na kapaliny, kde jsou konfigurační parametry a servisní diagnostika zabezpečeny pěti (5) úrovněmi přístupu.
