Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou servisní služby pro dispečerský řídící systém (DŘS) k zajištění plné funkčnosti a spolehlivého, bezchybného a nepřetržitého provozu zařízení dodaného poskytovatelem. Zejména se jedná o zabezpečení servisního zásahu, poskytování odborných konzultací, poskytování údržby DŘS včetně up-date DŘS a up-grade DŘS včetně veškerých úprav DŘS a rozhraní DŘS vyvolaných provedením up-date a up-grade včetně souvisejícího školení, posuzování dopadů změn v přímo propojených jiných informačních systémech a technologiích na DŘS, poskytování operativních úprav DŘS zejména na základě požadavků Objednatele, jako např. zapracování operativních úprav nebo realizace školení, zpracování dat z databází DŘS, apod.
