Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody dle § 131 ZZVZ mezi zadavatelem a jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení, na základě, které bude zadávána veřejná zakázka na služby záručního a pozáručního servisu vozidel Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky zadávané na základě rámcové dohody jsou služby záručního a pozáručního servisu a údržby vozidel vč. pneuservisu a dodání požadovaných pneumatik pro vozidla Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje, příspěvkové organizace, a to po dobu 3 let ode dne uzavření rámcové smlouvy o dílo, v rozsahu specifikovaném přílohou č. 2 této Výzvy. Smlouva bude uzavřena s jedním účastníkem s tím, že veškeré smluvní podmínky jsou vymezeny v této rámcové smlouvě. Plnění bude probíhat postupně na základě písemné výzvy (objednávky) k poskytnutí dílčích plnění dle potřeb zadavatele.
