Předmětem zadávacího řízení je sjednání Rámcové dohody s názvem „RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA - ZAJIŠTĚNÍ STAVEBNÍCH ČINNOSTÍ V OBLASTI LOGICKÉHO CELKU STROJOVNA (DÁLE JEN „LC CS“), LOGICKÉHO CELKU VENKOVNÍ OBJEKTY (DÁLE JEN „LC CV“), LOGICKÉHO CELKU STAVBA (DÁLE JEN „LC CT“) JADERNÉ ELEKTRÁRNY DUKOVANY‟, která je zadávaná formou Jednacího řízení s uveřejněním dle § 161 ZZVZ. Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných na základě Rámcové dohody je závazek Dodavatele na své náklady a nebezpečí pro Objednatele za podmínek uvedených v RD a v Dílčích smlouvách, zajistit pro Objednatele na základě Dílčích smluv Objednatelem požadovaný objem hodin příslušných výkonů, spočívající v provádění stavebních prací zejména níže specifikovaných činností: • stavební a technické činnosti, • činnosti profesí stavební dělník, obsluha stavebních strojů, zámečník, instalatér, malíř - natěrač, zedník, obkladač, lešenář, truhlář, klempíř, pokrývač, elektrikář, technická kontrola, projektant • případné další činnosti spojené s údržbou zařízení Provozovatele zařazeného do technologických celků, které jsou součástí LC CS, LC CV, LC CT Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany.
