Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je svoz a likvidace SKO, papíru, plastů, skla, kovu, bioodpadu, velkoobjemového odpadu a ostatních odpadů z provozoven Zadavatele podle obecných právních předpisů. Veřejná zakázka je ve smyslu § 35 zákona a v souladu s ust. § 101 zákona rozdělena na 7 částí: část 1: Jižní Čechy část 2: Západní Čechy část 3: Severní Čechy část 4: Východní Čechy část 5: Jižní Morava část 6: Severní Morava část 7: Praha Na základě výsledku zadávacího řízení bude uzavřena pro každou část veřejné zakázky rámcová dohoda (dále jen „smlouva“) s jedním dodavatelem na dobu určitou, a to na dobu 24 měsíců ode dne nabytí její účinnosti, nebo do vyčerpání finančního limitu uvedeného v odst. 2.2 smlouvy.
