Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby v oblasti nakládání s komunálními odpady na území města Letohrad v souladu se zákonem č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon o odpadech“). Jedná se zejména o sběr, svoz, přepravu tříděného odpadu z nádob dle seznamu stanovišť, způsobem dům od domu a z polopodzemního kontejneru v ul. Hausenská, předání k dotřídění a využití plastů, papíru, skla, kovů, nápojového kartonu a obalového polystyrenu na území města Letohradu, které je tvořeno katastrálním územím Letohrad, Orlice, Kunčice u Letohradu a Červená, pravidelné čištění kontejnerů dle uvedené četnosti služby, pravidelnou evidenci a předání dat o převzatých odpadech.
