Description

Předmětem rámcové dohody je úprava vzájemných práv a povinností s ohledem na zadávání sektorových veřejných zakázek na základě rámcové dohody. Předmětem jednotlivých veřejných zakázek zadávaných na základě uzavřené rámcové dohody bude dodávka až 100 kusů nízkopodlažních elektrobusů kategorie Sd pro městské linky dle specifikace v platném znění Standardů kvality PID - Autobusy PID, vybavených odbavovacím a informačním systémem (OIS) a systémem energetického managementu, a to dle požadavku zadavatele (dále jen „elektrobus“, případně dle kontextu také „autobus“). Konkrétní specifikace elektrobusů je uvedena v odpovídajících přílohách závazného vzoru rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „rámcová dohoda“). Popis komponent OIS používaných zadavatelem v současnosti je uveden v příloze č. 8 zadávací dokumentace. Tato příloha má pouze informativní charakter a nikterak nepředjímá komponenty nabízené jednotlivými dodavateli v rámci nabízených elektrobusů.
