Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody na dobu určitou, a to na 48 měsíců ode dne nabytí její účinnosti. Předmětem rámcové dohody je stanovení podmínek pro dodávky barev a malířských potřeb. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena mezi Zadavatelem a jedním Dodavatelem. Na základě Rámcové dohody budou zadávány jednotlivé dílčí veřejné zakázky, jejichž předmětem budou dodávky barev a malířských potřeb, a to průběžně dle aktuálních potřeb Zadavatele. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je obsažena v přílohách ZD, zejména v Příloze č. 2 ZD - Rámcová dohoda a v Příloze č. 3 - Položkový ceník, tj. seznamu předpokládaného požadovaného Zboží.
