Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření Rámcové kupní smlouvy na zabezpečení dodávek pohonných hmot pro zadavatele včetně dopravy do místa plnění veřejné zakázky a uložení pohonných hmot do úložiště pohonných hmot v místě plnění veřejné zakázky. Pohonnými hmotami se rozumí látka dle ČSN EN 590 v následující komoditě: motorová nafta (dále jen „NM“); NM s nízkým či žádným obsahem síry; měrná jednotka: 1 litr; NM musí splňovat normu ČSN EN 590 pro motorovou naftu.
