Předmětem zadávacího řízení je zavedení DNS a následně zadávaní veřejných zakázek na dodání pohonných hmot (motorové nafty dle platné normy ČSN EN 590) do nádrží umístěných v rámci areálu zadavatele v místě jeho sídla. V období od 01.12. do 28.02. kalendářního roku může být předmětem požadavků zadavatele v minitendrech motorová nafta arktická třídy 2 (dle platné normy ČSN EN 590 s filtrovatelností nižší než -32 °C v klimatických podmínkách arktického nebo extrémně studeného klimatu). Zadavatel pro úplnost uvádí, že v daném místě má zadavatel 1 nádrž s objemem 30.000 litrů, což bude vybraný dodavatel povinen zohlednit při formě závozu pohonných hmot
