Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka kompletního invertovaného superrezolučního fluorescenčního mikroskopického systému určeného pro pokročilé zobrazování živých i fixovaných buněk. Systém musí být vybaven vysokorychlostní spinning disk konfokální jednotkou a superrezoluční technologíí umožňující zvýšení prostorového rozlišení při zachování možnosti zobrazování živých buněk. Mikroskopický systém bude využíván zejména pro výzkum organizace buněčného jádra, chromatinu, DNA reparace, proteinových komplexů a dynamiky buněčných procesů. Součástí předmětu plnění je rovněž dodávka příslušenství a související infrastruktury, instalace, zaškolení a servis.
