Předmět veřejné zakázky je rozdělen v souladu s § 35 zákona na 5 samostatných částí, a sice: 1. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun hrachu, 2. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun hrachu, 3. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun hrachu, 4. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun hrachu, 5. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun hrachu.
