Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka následujícího vybavení příp. zdravotnických prostředků, dále jen „vybavení“: • Část 1 VZ Lůžko s příslušenstvím • Část 2 VZ Antidekubitní matrace • Část 3 VZ Noční stolek se zárukou min. 24 měsíců, včetně montáže, instalace a uvedení dodaného zařízení do provozu (pokud si konkrétní položka instalaci a uvedení do provozu vyžaduje), předvedení funkčnosti a zaškolení obsluhy, v rozsahu dle přílohy č. 1 s názvem „Technický popis vybavení“ zpracované v 12/2025, s cílem vybavení pracoviště zadavatele/kupujícího novým, nerepasovaný a nepoužitým vybavením s rokem výroby ne starším 2025 a dobou použitelnosti min. 10 let u části 1 VZ a 3 VZ, a 5 let u části 2 VZ. Podrobný rozsah předmětu zadávané veřejné zakázky je uveden v obchodních podmínkách (v návrhu Kupní smlouvy a Servisní smlouvy - viz přílohy č. 1 + 2 Svazku 3 zadávací dokumentace).
