Část ATC Účinná látka Síla Léková forma Měrná jednotka Počet jednotek 1 V09IX09 Edotreotid 40 MCG RAD KIT* kit pro přípravu radiofarmaka balení 180 * Zadavatel požaduje kompatibilitu kitu s radionuklidovým generátorem 68Ge/68Ga Galliapharm.; Část ATC Účinná látka Síla Léková forma Měrná jednotka Počet jednotek 2 V09IX14 Gozetotid 25 MCG RAD KIT*, ** kit pro přípravu radiofarmaka balení 250 * Zadavatel požaduje kompatibilitu kitu s radionuklidovým generátorem 68Ge/68Ga Galliapharm. ** Klinické indikace radiofarmaka, které vzniká z poptávaného kitu pro přípravu radiofarmaka a radionuklidu gallium-68: 1. primární staging u pacientů s vysoce rizikovým karcinomem prostaty před primární kurativní terapií; 2. podezření na recidivu karcinomu prostaty na základě zvýšené hladiny prostatického specifického antigenu v séru po primární kurativní terapii; 3. identifikace pacientů s PSMA pozitivním progresivním metastazujícím kastračně rezistentním karcinomem prostaty, pro které je indikována léčba cílená na PSMA.
