Description

Cílem zadávacího řízení je uzavření kupní smlouvy s jedním dodavatelem, která upraví podmínky plnění veřejné zakázky, jejímž předmětem bude dodávka 1 kusu spektrálního vysokorychlostního sorteru buněk a 1 kusu spektrálního cytometrického analyzátoru, blíže specifikovaných v závazném vzoru kupní smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 2 ZD a v příloze č. 5 ZD, která vyplněná budou tvořit přílohu č. 1 kupní smlouvy. Jedná se o dodávku spektrálního zobrazovacího buněčného sorteru - buněčného droplet-based sorteru, který umožňuje třídit buňky na základě spektrálního měření fluorescence o obrazové analýzy. Dále se jedná o dodávku spektrálního zobrazovacího průtokového cytometru - analyzátoru vhodného pro spektrální měření fluorescenčních signálů s možností zobrazení měřených buněk a automatickým podavačem vzorků. Přístroje musí být dodány s veškerým nezbytným a nutným příslušenstvím. Součástí plnění je dodávka obou zařízení do místa plnění, jejich instalace v místě plnění a zaškolení pověřených zaměstnanců Zadavatele v českém nebo anglickém jazyce, a to na náklady vybraného dodavatele. Zadavatel požaduje, aby se jednalo o nové, nerepasované, doposud nepoužívané přístroje a jejich příslušenství.
