Předmětem zadávacího řízení v rámci jednotlivých částí je uzavření rámcové dohody bez obnovení soutěže mezi zadavatelem a jedním dodavatelem na poskytování dodávek. Na základě uzavřené rámcové dohody budou poskytovány dodávky zboží podle aktuálních potřeb a jednotlivých požadavků zadavatele, přičemž zadavatel není povinen odebrat jakýkoliv minimální objem zboží. Předmětem plnění rámcové dohody je zajištění dodávek laboratorního materiálu - laboratorních kitů, chemikálií a laboratorního plastu v letech 2025 až 2026 (dále jen „zboží“) pro potřeby projektů realizovaných v rámci programu „Operační program Technologie a aplikace pro konkurenceschopnost“ (OP TAK) Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu, podrobně specifikovány v Příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace - Specifikace zboží a položkový rozpočet, tohoto zadávacího řízení. PCR sondy; Laboratorní plast I.; Reagenční kity pro genomovou analýzu, přípravu vzorků a purifikaci; Laboratorní spotřební materiál; Laboratorní chemikálie; Reagenční kity pro RNA sekvenování; Reagenční kity pro kvantifikaci nukleových kyselin; Laboratorní plast II.; Reagenční kity pro analýzu nukleových kyselin; Reagenční chemie pro izolaci nukleových kyselin a přípravu knihoven
