Dodávkou nového gastronomického vybavení dojde k min. úspoře 30 % primární energie z neobnovitelných zdrojů oproti původnímu stavu. Maximální výrobní kapacita hlavní kuchyně bude 500 jídel a restaurační kuchyně 100 jídel.
