Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření kupní smlouvy, na jejímž základě bude vybraný dodavatel povinen dodat ucelený soubor vozidel typu BEMU určený pro segment regionální osobní drážní dopravy. Zadavatel s ohledem na aktuální podmínky Poptávkového řízení předpokládá dodávku celkem minimálně 5 řádných vozidel určených pro plnění závazků veřejných služeb dle podmínek Poptávkového řízení, každé s kapacitou 121 až 150 míst k sezení. Vozidla budou kombinovaného pohonu elektrickou energií z trakčního vedení (3kV DC i 25 kV/50 Hz AC) a z trakční baterie. Přesné a/nebo další požadavky na vozidla vč. upřesnění konečného a závazného počtu vozidel mohou být upřesněny v průběhu jednání v nabídkové fázi Zadávacího řízení. Více viz ZD.
