Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření kupní smlouvy, na jejímž základě bude vybraný dodavatel povinen dodat ucelený soubor vozidel typu BEMU, určený pro segment regionální osobní drážní dopravy. Zadavatel s ohledem na aktuální podmínky Nabídkového řízení předpokládá dodávku celkem minimálně 13 řádných vozidel určených pro plnění závazků veřejných služeb dle podmínek Nabídkového řízení, každá s počtem míst k sezení alespoň 140, a to s možností přepravy vždy přinejmenším 2 invalidních vozíků a současně nejméně 2 dětských kočárků. Přesné a/nebo další požadavky na vozidla vč. upřesnění konečného a závazného počtu vozidel mohou být upřesněny v průběhu jednání v nabídkové fázi Zadávacího řízení. Více viz ZD.
