Description

Zařízení UPS (záložní zdroj elektrické energie pro stavy přepnutí hlavních napájecích zdrojů tunelu), jež zajišťují nepřerušované napájení klíčových systémů ATM (obdobně na dalších tunelech), již výrazně překročila doporučenou dobu životnosti (15 let), která je standardně uplatňována například v tunelech ŘSD, nebo vyplývá z předpisové základy MD ČR pro tunely pozemních komunikací. Význam těchto systémů spočívá v zajištění napájení zařízení v tunelu sloužících pro plynulé a bezpečné vedení dopravy v tunelu a okolí i v případě výpadku jedné z napájecích větví energetické sítě v hlavním městě. Opakovaně se vyskytující technické závady, překročená životnost zařízení a nedostatečná funkčnost v případě výpadku energie představují zásadní riziko pro provoz tunelů v Praze. Z těchto důvodů je urgentní výměna dotčených zařízení UPS ATM nezbytná pro zajištění bezpečnosti, plynulosti dopravy a splnění platných norem. Odklad by znamenal zvýšení pravděpodobnosti uzavření tunelů s negativními dopady na dopravu a bezpečnost.
