Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zajištění podpory informačních systémů, serverové, aplikační, virtualizační, bezpečnostní a síťové infrastruktury včetně provozního monitoringu ÚMČ Praha 4 dle níže uvedené specifikace a spolupráce se zadavatelem včetně jeho smluvních i nesmluvních partnerů. Konkrétně se jedná o: - podporu informačních systémů ÚMČ Praha 4 dle níže uvedené specifikace a v součinnosti se zadavatelem včetně jeho smluvních i nesmluvních partnerů. - podporu serverové, aplikační a virtualizační infrastruktury ÚMČ Praha 4 dle níže uvedené specifikace a spolupráce se zadavatelem včetně jeho smluvních i nesmluvních partnerů. - podporu bezpečnostní a síťové infrastruktury ÚMČ Praha 4 dle níže uvedené specifikace a spolupráce se zadavatelem včetně jeho smluvních i nesmluvních partnerů. - správa provozního monitoringu infrastruktury ÚMČ Praha 4 dle níže uvedené specifikace vč. spolupráce se zadavatelem, jeho smluvních i nesmluvních partnerů. Tato spolupráce bude probíhat dle pravidel SLA - tj. pravidel začátků a konců realizací požadavků včetně dohledu předmětných částí ICT a bezpečnostní infrastruktury. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je uvedena v přílohách č. 1 a 1a, které jsou nedílnou součástí zadávací dokumentace. S ohledem na charakter informací a jejich ochranu podle zákona č. 264/2025 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti, poskytne zadavatel přílohy č. 1 a č. 1a zadávací dokumentace na základě žádosti dodavatele a oproti předložené jím podepsané dohody o mlčenlivosti (NDA) ve znění přílohy č. 10 zadávací dokumentace.
