Jedná se o zajištění služeb spočívající v zajištění podpory Informačního systému po dobu 4 let. Předmětem plnění je: • Služby údržby Informačního systému (tzv. maintenace) • Služby základní podpory Informačního systému - Hotline, základní servisní technická podpora, pravidelná profylaxe, monitoring serverů • Služby rozšířené podpory Informačního systému - školení, konzultace, řešení systémových záležitostí, úpravy a funkční doplnění IS • Služby spojené s rozvojovými požadavky na Informační systém (například dá se očekávat potřeba vytvoření rozhraní na jednotný informační systém pro podporu výkonu Stavebního zákona)
