Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je sjednání Rámcové dohody, která stanoví smluvní podmínky pro poskytování implementačních a konzultačních služeb: • při návrzích a implementaci cloudové služby SAP Success Factors, • při návrzích a implementaci dalších cloudových služeb, které poskytují dodatečné funkcionality pro procesy personalistiky, • při integraci cloudové služby SAP Success Factors na informační systémy Objednatele, • při návrzích a realizacích rozvoje a změn cloudové služby SAP Success Factors. Pro účely této rámcové dohody se SAP Success Factors rozumí: • jednotlivé moduly cloudové služby SAP Success Factors, • add-ony, tedy doplňky týkající se oblasti personalistiky, kterými je možné rozšířit standardní řešení cloudové služby SAP Success Factors. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena maximálně se třemi Účastníky. Podrobné informace jsou uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci.
