Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení analýzy možností využití evropských fondů v kombinaci s modely veřejně-soukromých partnerství (dále jen „PPP“ nebo „PPP projekty“) pro financování a realizaci projektů dopravní infrastruktury včetně vytvoření praktické příručky obsahující konkrétní doporučení pro implementaci projektů v souladu s aktuálními a připravovanými právními a administrativními požadavky Evropské unie nebo poskytovatelů dotace. Ze strany dodavatele bude dále vyžadována součinnost při vyjednávání relevantních podmínek víceletého finančního rámce formou poskytování poradenství po dobu účinnosti smlouvy na plnění této veřejné zakázky. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace - návrh smlouvy.
