Description

Předmětem zakázky je dlouhodobý geotechnický monitoring novostavby Němčického tunelu, včetně Závěrečné zprávy geotechnického monitoringu v rozsahu určeném zadávací dokumentací se zapracovanými připomínkami včetně všech pasportů, výpočtů a příloh. Dlouhodobý geotechnický monitoring navazuje a doplňuje činnosti, které budou realizovány v rámci hlavní stavby SO 22-19-90 (Němčický tunel). Vlastní výstavba je součástí stavby: „Modernizace trati Brno-Přerov, 4. stavba Nezamyslice - Kojetín“. Geotechnický monitoring (dále jen GTM) je soubor měření, pozorování a hodnocení zaměřený na sledování a kontrolu reakce horninového prostředí a dočasné výstroje a na sledování všech indukovaných účinků v oblasti dotčené stavbou. Vnější obálka těchto oblastí se nazývá zónou sledování. V této zóně je pak realizován GTM. Doba výstavby objektu SO 22-19-91 Němčický tunel se předpokládá 26 měsíců. Po provedení stavby bude geotechnický monitoring realizován po dobu 3 let jako kontrolní monitoring v souvislosti se zkušebním provozem trati. Základními součástmi GTM jsou jednak měření různého typu, účelně vybraná v přiměřené četnosti vzhledem k významu a podmínkám stavby a jednak výkon geologické služby při hloubení předvýkopu, hloubení podzemních stěn a razících prací pod ochrannou stropní konstrukce. Prvky monitoringu jsou umístěny do 27 měřících profilů. Měřící profily jsou rozděleny na profil typu „A“ (pouze geodetické měření) a na sdružený profil typu „B“, ve kterých jsou sdruženy geodetické body, tenzometry a inklinometrické pažnice instalované v podzemních stěnách. Základní osnova měřících profilů je cca 30 metrů. Sdružené profily „B“ jsou po 90 metrech. Situace měřících profilů včetně řezů „A“ a „B“ je zobrazena v Koordinační situaci monitoringu v příloze č. 2.001. Průběh prací geotechnického monitoringu, jejich komplexnost, správnou interpretaci výsledků měření a sledování bude projednáván na pravidelných schůzkách za účasti zástupců investora, projektanta, zhotovitele stavby a zhotovitele GTM. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace, zejména v projektu (PDPS) a v rozsahu SO 22-19-91 Němčický tunel - Monitoring a SO 22-19-90 Němčický tunel. Při provádění GTM je zhotovitel povinen zajistit veškeré podmínky dle zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci), v platném znění, včetně prováděcích předpisů k tomuto zákonu v platném znění. Po dobu trvání stavebních prací na stavbě Němčického tunelu je zhotovitel současně povinen poskytovat součinnost koordinátorovi BOZP, jehož jmenoval zadavatel v souladu se zákonem č. 309/2006 Sb., a současně se zavazuje smluvně zavázat k součinnosti s koordinátorem BOZP ve shora uvedeném rozsahu i všechny své případné poddodavatele. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
