Předmětem této VZ je uzavření RD s jedním dodavatelem podle § 132 odst. 3 písm. b) ZVZ na dodávky výstroje bezpečnostních pracovníků a uklízeček v předem neurčitém množství na místo plnění včetně poskytování souvisejících služeb. Oblečení a další části výstroje bude dle uzavřené RD dodáváno pro zaměstnance zadavatele dle jeho aktuálních potřeb na základě výzvy k plnění bez obnovení soutěže. Dodávané oblečení musí mít takové parametry a vlastnosti, které účastník deklaroval ve své nabídce a svým provedením musí být shodné s hodnocenými vzorky. Oblečení bude dodáváno v konfekčních velikostech i jako „měřenky“ (s odchylkou od stanovených konfekčních velikostí - „na míru“). Plnění zahrnuje také dodání podkladů pro katalog, související služby měření a zkoušení velikostí, zavedení a udržování evidence výstrojních listů, uskladnění zboží na vlastní náklady a dopravu a distribuci zboží na místo plnění, včetně pokrytí rizika dodavatele, až do okamžiku převzetí dodávky..
