Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování energetických služeb se zaručeným výsledkem dle §10e odst. 4 zákona č. 406/2000 Sb., o hospodaření energií, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, spočívajících v: Realizaci „na klíč“, tj. zajištění veškerých dodávek, služeb, montážních, případných stavebních a zemních prací nezbytných k úplnému, bezvadnému a plně funkčnímu dílu; Uvedení díla do provozu, vypracování, případné zaškolení obsluhy, zajištění veškerých dokladů nezbytných pro bezpečný provoz (např. revizní zprávy) a to v počtu [3] vyhotovení v tištěné podobě a [1] vyhotovení v elektronické podobě (ve formátu *.pdf opatřeném elektronickým podpisem zpracovatele / autorizované osoby a současně v editovatelné podobě ve formátu zpracování); Výkon energetického managementu po dobu [10] let. Vyhodnocování dosažených úspor Poskytnutí smluvní garance za dosažení minimální stanovené úspory energie.
