Description

Předmětem zakázky jsou dodávky elektřiny v roce 2027 pro odběrná místa na hladině NN pro zákazníka ve smyslu ustanovení § 50 odst. 1 zákona č. 458/2000 Sb., energetický zákon, v platném znění, a s převzetím odpovědnosti za odchylku dodavatelem ve smyslu ustanovení § 18 vyhlášky č. 408/2015 Sb. o pravidlech trhu s elektřinou. V zadávacím řízení bude vybrán jediný dodavatel. Smlouva o dodávce elektřiny bude uzavřena dle návrhu textu smlouvy, který vypracuje vybraný dodavatel na základě požadavků zadávací dokumentace a který vybraný dodavatel předloží zadavateli v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení. Zadavatel předpokládá uvedené roční množství dodávek elektřiny na hladině NN v součtu jednotlivých odběrných míst: 6259,59 MWh.
