Description

Zadavatel provádí zavedení dynamického nákupního systému (dále jen „DNS“) v postavení centrálního zadavatele podle § 9 odst. 1 písm. b) zákona pro své vlastní potřeby a na účet pověřujících zadavatelů. Pověřujícími zadavateli budou např. Liberecký kraj, příspěvkové organizace, příp. jiné osoby založené či zřízené Libereckým krajem, event. v budoucnu nově zřízené či založené Libereckým krajem, organizace ovládané Libereckým krajem, města a obce Libereckého kraje, příspěvkové organizace, příp. jiné osoby založené či zřízené městy a obcemi Libereckého kraje, poskytovatelé sociálních a zdravotních služeb apod. Aktuální seznam pověřujících zadavatelů bude obsažen vždy v příloze výzvy k podání nabídek na jednotlivé veřejné zakázky zadávané v DNS. Centrální zadavatel uzavře s jednotlivými pověřujícími zadavateli smlouvy upravující práva a povinnosti při centralizovaném zadávání, ve kterých si smluvní strany upraví vzájemná práva a povinnosti.
